Frequently Asked Questions
We do a thorough quality check before sending our orders but if the order gets damaged in transit or you receive a wrong item, we accept returns.
Please take an uncut video while unboxing the product. We accept refund/exchange only if a proper video is provided.
Any damaged or wrong product delivered must be communicated to us via email within 3 days of receiving the item. To return or exchange please email us on oviyamartstudio@gmail.com with the following details:
(i) Subject Title - Return / exchange
(ii) Reason for return
(iii) Order Number & date of receiving the order
(iv) Please include the unboxing video and a photo of the damaged product with your request as visual aid to back up your claim.
Once your return is approved, a pickup is arranged by us. Please make sure that the product is unused and in the same condition in which you received it, including the original packaging. A replacement is sent within 7-10 working days of receiving the returned package. Refund will not be provided to any of the orders without any proper reason.
